Yoga & Movement Classes in Norwich
Grounded, gentle and intuitive yoga designed to help you move with ease, build strength and find steadiness in everyday life.
My classes blend traditional Hatha yoga with functional movement, mobility training and breath-led practice. Each session is welcoming, accessible and rooted in curiosity. We explore how the body moves, how it feels, and how each person can find their own rhythm within the practice.
My Teaching Style
If you're new here, welcome, I’m Tara — a yoga and movement teacher, Traditional Thai bodyworker, sauna ritualist, gardener and lifelong student of the human body.
My approach to yoga has grown from lived experience — years of personal practice, injury recovery, movement study and deep interest in how the body works. I teach in a way that is:
-
Supportive and accessible
-
Breath-led and grounding
-
Curious and playful
-
Rooted in nature and the body’s wisdom
As a Yogadetour Informed Teacher, I weave in functional movement, mobility, strength and alignment, helping you move safely and confidently in daily life.
Whether you are a beginner, returning to movement, navigating injury or simply looking for a steady class, you are welcome exactly as you are.
