Nourish the inner self to bloom from the inside out
I'm Tara, a Yoga Teacher, Chef and a grower of plants and vegetables.
I teach classes in Norwich, Norfolk.
For me yoga, mobilitity and functional movement are in my life for many reasons.
I was finding I needed some structure in my life that was solely mine, so I started my personal practice at home.
Over time my yoga practice increased and I found that it supported me both emotionally and physically.
This led me to pursue my Teacher Training so I could share the benefits of yoga.
I completed my 200hr Yoga alliance Teacher Training over a year long period, under the guidance of
Swami Atma Gyanam Saraswati.
It was a period of self study and became a lifelong lifestyle that is more suited to me and my mind.
I have had surgery on both of my knees and I have found that yoga has been the best practice to help aid in my recovery.
I knew I had to learn more about functional movement and mobility within yoga, this led me to become a 'Yogadetour Informed Instructor'. I found that this movement education helped me personally and therefore allows me to teach with more knowledge and understanding of how the body moves in and out of postures. I feel this bridges the gap with yoga and other movement mobilities along with strength training to enable you to be safer and stronger in your everyday life.
I hope to help guide you on your own personal journey in finding nourishment and self care through the practice of yoga.

You can be that brightness.
Allowing the inner fire free,
Dancing to the flames,
Feeling into your emotions,
Open the door so they can roam.
They will roar they will spit.
Only you can free the flow, to allow your
brightness to shine.
In dark times allow this to be free.
Inner desires open them up allow yourself to feel.
Be here now present in your being.
Raise your arms up.
Take the breath of air, fully into your lungs.
Pause and be still to feel.
Exhale allowing the breathe to disperse,
Surrending and embracing the rush of life.
