Experience relaxing restorative yoga .Candlelight classes create a calm atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation. This session will help slow you down and find stillness, allowing you to de-stress and restore balance to your mind and body. we will explore Pranayama or meditation in the class closing with Yoga nidra or shavasana. let me guide you within your practice to find rest .
