I'm now taking clients for Traditional Thai bodywork.

The sessions are offered between  60 mins - 2 hrs long including a consultation as each session is bespoke to the client.

The massage is practiced on the floor fully clothed on a Thai Massage Mat with support if needed.

Touch is with hands,thumbs, forearms, elbows and sometimes feet to reduce tension in muscles. 

Thai massage uses ancient techniques to deliver deep healing.

The combination of this effective Thai massage approach of stretching,  palpation, deep tissue techniques & range of motion tailors a individual treatment.

The massage will take place in my home garden space.
